We are going to consider Boonies & Non-boonies. (Defined in Houston as outside the 610 loop vs inside the loop, for those of you not aware.). ;)
The difficult thing with not-in-the-boonies is lack of yardage for our zoo animals, I mean pets.
Actually, the Pearland area off of 288 isn't a bad commute for either of us, so it is high on the list of possibilities. And this particular home I linked is on a little lake!!! How cool is that!!!
It looks fabulous! I especially liked the 'keg-o-rator in the game room!! That's a nice feature..?! LOL So much light..I can picture you there for sure. Love it!
Very very pretty Alli. You could easily spend your whole life in a place like that...take out a 15 year mortgage and you would be "home free" a few years down the road...
OMG I love that house!! I would give anything to live on the water (lake or ocean). Our little pond will have to do for now. Good luck in your hunt. :)

I could TOTALLY see hubby & I spending our life in a house like that. We LOVE water & there is plenty of room to have family & friends over.
I wish we were ready right now to buy it. It'll probably be purchased by the time we are.
I am sure the hubby likes that gameroom with the built in bar & keg-o-rater....totally a guy thing. :) That can be his "Guy Room" he talks about. ;)

What's crazy is that you couldn't get a house half that size in Florida for that price. Ugh. Hoop and I need to move! :)
