I missed my day . . . I was with the husband during one of his races over the weekend in Fayetville, TX. We bought a 6-pack and each had one with a wee little toast for a Happy St. Patrick's Day. Then, we both fell into the hotel bed exhausted.
I usually make my own version of fish and chips with baked salmon and baked green beans. Is pretty good - much healthier than the fried version, but still not quite the same.
I've been gone, thus the no blogging, but now I'm just plain tired. I am not so witty or clever. Will blog soon enough. Check your post below and update our inquiring minds . . .
