Then Saturday afternoon Hubby's Dad and TT arrived from Oklahoma to stay for the weekend. We took them out for some Tex-Mex Saturday night. Sunday we grilled burgers & sausage at lunch time and then headed to Kemah for ice cream and to watch the boats go out into the bay. We had a great time with them & wish it could have been longer. Hope they had fun, too!

We like Kemah, too. Our favorite thing is to have a nice seafood dinner & wine on the boardwalk. We used to love all the little shops in Kemah, but unfortunately a lot of them are closing. :( It seems as though Kemah is becoming a bit too commercialized. They are even in the process of building a large wooden roller coaster next to Saltgrass. Crazy, eh?
But we still love to be near the water.
We had a wonderful time!!
We also wish it was longer but it was great staying with you both.
